Platinum Legal is an initiative of Attorneys-at-Law trading under the Platinum brand, aimed at combining distinct paralegal and corporate services which are often not streamlined under traditional services offered by Lawyers.

The Platinum Legal team works collaboratively having co-opted Paralegal practitioners to work with other industry personnel such as Property Agents, Valuers, and Corporate Secretaries to tailor legal services solutions customized to meet the individual needs of clients.

Our team aims to:

• • • take you through the steps of making a Will, creating a draft for your review, and ready the Will for signing and execution;

• • • simplify the steps for property sales, purchases, and mortgages, and formulate the plan for clients to follow and check off as the Attorneys work through the transaction;

• • • help you to navigate certain basic corporate and regulatory steps involved in setting up companies, partnerships, and sole trader operations.

This collaborative effort allows us to bring to our clients, simplified, streamlined, and cost-effective services. Many of our services are available online, some via telephone, and where necessary or requested, face-to-face. *(face-to-face, Barbados only).
